We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs, along with a deep understanding of CRM processes and integrations. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

• Key Responsibilities Design & Development Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Build user interfaces and dynamic components using Lightning framework. Implement workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and process automation. Develop custom APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems. System Configuration & Customization Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security settings. Build and manage custom objects, apps, and reports/dashboards. Utilize Flows and Process Builder for declarative automation where applicable. Integration & Data Management Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.). Perform data migration and cleansing using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or ETL tools. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards. Testing & Deployment Write and execute unit tests (minimum 75% code coverage as per Salesforce standards). Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage release cycles using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset). Collaboration & Support Partner with business analysts and admins to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations. Document technical designs, solutions, and deployment procedures.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in large-scale environments. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, role hierarchy, and sharing rules. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ. CI/CD and DevOps experience with SFDX, Git, and automation pipelines.
